How do I copy a link from a web page?

After you find the link, right click on the link and select "Copy Link Location"

How do I create a link to a ProQuest search?

Conduct a search in ProQuest. Once you get the results you like, choose the My Research tab. Right click on the link to the search results you would like to use. Before you paste the link into your wiki document, you must add http://libproxy.sbcc.edu:2048/login?url= so the link will work from off campus. The same is true with any other customized search results.
